Promising lawyer Kofi Kyei Asante has made known his intentions to become the Vice President of the Young Lawyers’ Forum of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
Lawyer Kyei Asante currently serves as a legal officer at the Ghana National Gas Company.
Before that role, he worked with the Ghana Embassy in Beijing, China as the Commercial Rep of the then Ambassador.
He was a key member of the Urban Sankofa Project under the auspices of the Ghana Tourism Authority.
Lawyer Asante, as he is affectionately called, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021, having completed his LLB at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2016.
But in 2021, he joined the Ghana School of Law Post-Call Class in 2021, serving as the Class Rep.
The Vice President hopeful worked for Templars Law Firm.
He says he will stop at nothing to ensure that “young lawyers shine”.
