Ajax midfielder Mohammed Kudus is confident, he is not done yet in terms of achievements in the ongoing season.
The Black Stars player recently won the Ajax goal of the month award for February and has 17 goals in all competitions for the Dutch champions.
Kudus shone for Ghana at the 2022 World Cup, scoring two crucial goals despite the Black Stars’ early exit.
While the 22-year-old believes the current season is the best of his young career, he is not satisfied and is determined to go the extra mile and win trophies for his club by the end of the season.
“I think compared to previous seasons, this has been my best season but I think I’m not where I want to be yet.
“I think there is still more to show and more to do because we have about 12 more games to go and I think there is more coming out from me.
“It’s not finished yet and it’s not at the level I want it to be yet. The goal is to win the cup and the league and until I achieve that, I haven’t done anything yet. There is more coming. More work to be done,” Kudus told Ajax TV after receiving his award for scoring the best goal for Ajax in February.
Ajax is currently second in the Dutch Eredivisie, three points behind leaders Feyenoord. With 50 points, they are closely followed by AZ Alkmaar.
