President has inspected ongoing construction works on a new cardiology centre at the Teaching Hospital as part of his #ResettingGhana Tour of the .

The project is being developed under the MahamaCares () initiative and is aimed at strengthening specialised healthcare delivery in Ghana.

The cardiology centre is expected to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions while reducing the burden on patients who currently travel long distances to access advanced cardiac care.

During the inspection, the President reiterated government’s commitment to investing in modern health infrastructure to improve access to quality healthcare and enhance health outcomes across the country.
