Legal expert Maurice Ampaw has stated that if celebrities Medikal and Fella Makafui continue to discuss their marriage issues in public, he will take them to court.
In an interview on Onua TV, Maurice Ampaw expressed his concern about how the couple’s actions could influence young people.
He believes that their personal matters should remain private to protect their young fans.
“If they continue to disclose any information about their marriage, I will sue them in court. I will intervene in the situation involving these two.
“They are two adults who decided to get married and are sharing details that could negatively impact our children. These matters should be kept private, away from our young ones who have not experienced marriage. They should not be exposed to such things,” he stated.
Ampaw also criticized Fella Makafui’s handling of Medikal’s previous disclosure.
He suggested that she should have taken legal action against him immediately for leaking confidential information.
He mentioned that Fella and her team lacked legal advice and advised that the best course of action would be to take Medikal to court and sue him for breaching confidentiality as soon as he started talking.
“They lack legal guidance in Fella’s team. The appropriate action would be to take him to court and sue him for breaching confidentiality once Medikal starts talking,” Ampaw advised.
He further emphasized that relationships often face challenges, so he advised the couple to be cautious in planning their next steps.
