A thief has been allegedly arrested at Mfanstseman constituency where voting for presidential and parliamentary aspirants of the National Democratic Congress is taking place.
According to reports, a man was caught stealing phones and money belonging to the delegates while they were casting their votes.
The suspect has been detained by police officers for further investigations.
