Hearts of Oak head coach Nebojsa Kapor says his side will adapt their tactics to suit each opponent as they look to maintain their perfect start to the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.The Phobians came from behind to beat Bibiani Gold Stars at DUN’s Park on Sunday, securing their second victory in as many matches.Kapor says Hearts will not rely on a fixed tactical approach, with the Serbian-born coach stressing the importance of studying the strengths and weaknesses of each opponent.Every game is different, every approach is different depending on what we see in the opponents, the strengths and weaknesses, he told the club’s media channels.The 57-year-old believes the ability to adjust from one match to another will be crucial if Hearts are to maintain their challenge at the top end of the table.He also praised the spirit within the squad, saying the unity among his players had contributed to their strong start.The spirit in the team is very good and high, and I’m sure it will continue to help us win matches, Kapor added.The Phobians’ early success has come during a period of uncertainty at boardroom level.Managing Director Julius Ben Emunah resigned last week, leading to the formation of an interim management committee to oversee the club’s affairs.Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe has been appointed chairman of the committee, alongside Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom, Akwasi Agyemang, Vincent Sowah Odotei and Alhaji Yusif Abdullai.On the pitch, however, Hearts have made an ideal start and will be looking to extend their winning run when they host Bechem United in their third league fixture.The match will be played at the University of Ghana Stadium, with Kapor’s side aiming for a third successive victory to strengthen their position at the top of the table.
