Ghanaian forward Owusu Kwabena found the net for Ankaragc, but it wasnt enough to stop a 2-1 defeat to Manisa Futbol Kulb in the Turkish 1. Just before halftime, Bartu Gmen doubled the lead with another header, also set up by Grbulak from a corner.Kwabena, who has been in fine form this season, pulled one back for Ankaragc in the 55th minute. The winger reacted quickly to a loose ball in the box and slotted it home from close range following a corner.Despite pushing for an equalizer, Ankaragc couldnt break through the Manisa defense. Kwabena played the full 90 minutes, bringing his season tally to six goals and one assist in 12 appearances.The head-to-head record between the sides now stands at two wins for Manisa, one for Ankaragc, and one draw.Ankaragc will now prepare for their upcoming clash with orum FK on April 27.
