The Ghana Police Service has arrested 47-year-old Beatrice Mumuni in connection with the murder of Kussa Shea Bliss CEO Irene Atubiga and her uncle, George Atubiga, at NTHC Estate, Sakumono, on October 30, 2026.
Preliminary investigations suggest the murders may have been triggered by a financial dispute involving an alleged GH¢500,000 debt owed by George Atuguba to the suspect.
Police say Beatrice Mumuni reportedly accompanied the principal suspect, Samuel Christopher Osei Anto, to the victims’ residence to demand repayment, where a misunderstanding allegedly resulted in the shooting deaths of the two victims.
Meanwhile, Samuel Christopher Osei Anto has been declared wanted by the Police to assist investigations.
The Ghana Police Service has announced a GH¢100,000 reward for credible information leading to his arrest and urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or call 191 or 18555.
