The Bibiani GoldStars striker headed into the final round with 12 goals but delivered one of the most remarkable individual performances in recent Ghana Premier League history to finish the campaign with 18 goals.
Attah Kumi completely stole the spotlight on the final day as his ruthless finishing powered GoldStars to a dominant victory in front of their home supporters.
His incredible six-goal haul saw him leapfrog several contenders in the scoring race to officially clinch the Goal King crown in dramatic fashion.
Augustine Okrah, who started the weekend as one of the leading contenders, finished second on the scoring chart with 16 goals after netting twice in Bechem United FC 3-2 defeat to Berekum Chelsea FC.
Richmond Opoku also enjoyed a strong finish to the season after scoring twice in Young Apostles FC crucial 2-0 win over FC Samartex 1996 to end the campaign with 15 goals.
Meanwhile, Suraj Seidu remained on 12 goals after failing to score on the final day, while Salim Adams finished with 11 goals after missing the weekend’s action due to his involvement with the Black Stars.
Attah Kumi’s remarkable final-day heroics now crown him as the top scorer of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season with 18 goals.
