Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and Canadian singer Justin Bieber sparked a frenzy on social media after they were seen chatting at Drake’s concert in New York.

The festival will take place on Sunday, July 23rd at Joseph Hensley Park in Alexandria, Virginia.
