Fredrick Akatuk is the hottest name in the Ghana Premier League transfer market. The Accra Great Olympics striker fired eight goals in 17 matches last season, finishing as his club’s top scorer.

His impact came mid-campaign, joining in the second round when Olympics were struggling, yet his timely goals helped lift them to safety.

Despite signing only a short-term deal with the former league giants, Akatuk wasted no time making his mark. He outscored every teammate and quickly became the difference-maker up front.

That form has now attracted interest from several top-flight sides eager to secure his signature after his contract expired.

The 23-year-old forward is no stranger to the GPL, having previously featured for Accra Lions and Legon Cities, and he also represented Ghana at U20 level.

Sources close to his camp confirm clubs have made enquiries, but his management is keeping negotiations quiet until he decides on his next move.
