Webkid was arrested following a complaint filed by fellow dancehall artiste Stonebwoy and is facing charges linked to the publication of alleged false and offensive content on social media. The case has attracted widespread attention due to the long-standing rivalry between the two musicians and the passionate support of their respective fan bases.
The court granted Webkid bail during Monday’s hearing, a decision that sparked celebrations among supporters outside the courtroom.
