New Aduana FC capture Shawkan Mohammed has expressed his excitement after completing his move to the Ghana Premier League club, promising to help the team achieve success.

The midfielder sealed a long-term move to the Dormaa-based outfit as a free agent following his departure from Tunisian side Club Africain.

Speaking after signing his contract, the 23-year-old said he is delighted to begin a new chapter with the two-time Ghana Premier League champions.

“I’m proud to be part of the Ogya family. Together, let’s achieve great success on and off the field,” Shawkan said.

The former Accra Lions midfielder returns to Ghana after a spell in Tunisia, where he joined Club Africain following three impressive seasons with the Accra-based club.

Shawkan made 68 appearances and scored once for Accra Lions, having also featured for Koowa Naso before earning his move abroad. He will now be aiming to establish himself as a key figure in Aduana FC’s midfield ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
