Benjamin Quaye, son of the late Ghana football legend Shamo Quaye, has officially become a FIFA-licensed football agent and announced the launch of 10 & 21 Sports Agency, marking a significant milestone in his commitment to the development of football talent in Ghana and beyond.

After successfully passing the FIFA Football Agent Examination, Benjamin now joins the growing community of licensed football agents authorized to represent players, negotiate transfers, and provide professional career guidance in accordance with FIFA regulations.

Inspired by the remarkable legacy of his father, Shamo Quaye, Benjamin established 10 & 21 Sports Agency with a vision of helping talented footballers reach their full potential while ensuring they receive professional representation, ethical guidance, and access to opportunities both locally and internationally.

“The agency is about creating opportunities for players while honouring my father’s legacy,” Benjamin said. “I want to help young footballers navigate their careers with integrity, professionalism, and the right support system.”

The agency’s name, 10 & 21 Sports Agency, carries deep personal significance. Shamo Quaye famously wore the number 10 jersey for Ghana’s national team, Accra Hearts of Oak, and Al Qadsiah in Saudi Arabia. During his time in Sweden with Umeå FC, he wore the number 21 shirt—a number that the club later retired in his honour following his passing. The agency represents both the legacy of one of Ghana’s celebrated footballers and Benjamin’s vision for the future of player representation.

Beyond contract negotiations and player transfers, 10 & 21 Sports Agency aims to provide career planning, mentorship, scouting, and international networking opportunities for emerging football talent.

Benjamin believes Ghana continues to produce exceptional footballers who deserve professional guidance from an early stage of their careers.

“My goal is not only to represent players but to build lasting relationships that help them grow on and off the pitch. I want to contribute to Ghanaian football by creating pathways for talented players to succeed internationally.”

The launch of the agency comes at a time when African football continues to gain greater global recognition, with increasing demand for professional player representation and structured career management.

As Benjamin Quaye begins this new chapter, he hopes 10 & 21 Sports Agency will become a trusted name in football management, dedicated to integrity, excellence, and the continued development of the next generation of football talent.

10 & 21 Sports Agency is a FIFA-licensed football agency founded by Benjamin Quaye. The agency specializes in player representation, career management, scouting, contract negotiations, and connecting talented footballers with opportunities across Ghana, Africa, and the international football market.
