Swedru All Blacks will try to end a three-match winless run when they welcome Asante Kotoko SC to the Swedru Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

The Black Magicians are looking to recover from their second defeat of the Premier League season after losing 2-1 to Aduana FC in Dormaa last weekend. Swedru All Blacks took an early lead in that match but were unable to hold on as Aduana FC completed the comeback.

That defeat means their record across the past five league matches stands at one win, two draws and two defeats. They will now hope home advantage can help them produce a response in front of their supporters.

Swedru All Blacks have been difficult to beat at the Swedru Sports Stadium this season. Their opening two league fixtures there have brought one victory and one draw, leaving them unbeaten on home soil.

They also have a positive recent record against Kotoko at the venue. During the 2025/26 season, Swedru All Blacks defeated the Porcupine Warriors 2-1 at the Swedru Sports Stadium.

Kotoko travel to Swedru after getting their campaign back on track with a narrow 1-0 win over Karela United FC in Kumasi. The victory ended a two-match run without success and moved the Porcupine Warriors up to eighth in the league table.

The Kumasi club have collected eight points from five matches, with two wins, two draws and one defeat. They have scored six goals and conceded six.

Their away form, however, remains an area for improvement. Kotoko are yet to win on the road this season, taking two points from their first two away games after drawing both. Those matches have produced three goals for and three against.

The Ghanaian giants will therefore seek to build on the Karela United FC result by claiming maximum points away from home for the first time this campaign.

Saturdays fixture brings together two teams attempting to establish greater consistency. Swedru All Blacks will rely on their unbeaten home record and the backing of their fans, while Kotoko will look to convert their improved confidence into an important away victory.

With Swedru All Blacks aiming to stop their slide and Asante Kotoko pursuing their first road success, the meeting is set to be closely contested.
