Nigerian comic actor Brain Jotter has shared his distinctive views on Ghana.
On Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 9, the engaging socio-cultural satire “YOU PLAY ME I PLAY YOU” written by the legendary late playwright Efo Kodjo Mawugbe will be staged at the National Theatre and the Bukoom Square Arena.
Produced by Africa Arts Network, the production features an exceptional cast, including Jeneral Ntatia (Ghana), Brain Jotter (Nigeria), and Clemento Suarez (Ghana), under the direction of Fiifi Coleman.
During an appearance on Channel One TV‘s entertainment talk show ‘The Chat‘, Brain Jotter, who is in Ghana for the sixth time, described the country as a second home.
In his usual element, Brain Jotter known in real life as Chukwuebuka Emmanuel expressed his appreciation for the relaxed atmosphere and laid-back vibe. ‘‘Everything is slow in Ghana and I wonder”. He told the host of the show Ekow Koomson
In response to being cast in the Ghana-Nigeria theatre production, the celebrated Nigerian comic actor shared his initial reaction.” First of all, I am very privileged for this project…I understand the rivalry like a good way between Ghana and Nigeria… It’s a first of its kind..I’m glad to be part of this project”.
