The Ghanaian forward opened the scoring to give the already crowned champions the lead, continuing his fine form in front of goal. The lead was eventually cancelled out by Oliver Rathbone before half-time
Two second half goals subsequently from Victor Torp and Mason-Clark Ephron sealed the win for the homesters
Coventry, who have already secured promotion to the Premier League, delivered another dominant performance as they wrapped up the Championship title in style.
Thomas-Asante has enjoyed a standout campaign, registering 17 goal involvements—13 goals and four assists—playing a key role in the Sky Blues’ successful season.
