Serving as the first chapter of his forthcoming album The Bridge, “All or Nothing” introduces the project’s central thesis: despite borders, languages, and geography — people across the diaspora are often navigating the same questions of identity, belonging, purpose, home, and love.
Spanning Houston, London, and Lagos, the record explores what it means to exist between worlds and the common threads that connect communities across continents. Through powerful storytelling and cinematic production, Tobe and Labrinth create something rooted in both personal experience and collective understanding.
“The Bridge was never just about Houston and Nigeria, it was about every version of yourself you had to become just to survive long enough to become whole,” said Tobe. “This is a global story with deep roots and a heartbeat anybody can feel. ‘All or Nothing’ is what happens when two men decide that ‘love’ means showing up completely for the people that depend on you.”
The release continues Tobe’s longstanding commitment to creating work that exists beyond music alone. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as one of the most thoughtful and innovative storytellers of his generation, seamlessly blending music, film, fashion, and social commentary into a singular artistic vision. With The Bridge Tobe expands that vision even further, exploring the connections between cities, cultures, and communities that are often separated by geography but linked through shared experiences.
At its core, The Bridge asks a simple but profound question: What connects us? “All or Nothing” offers the first answer.
