Tom Holland and Zendaya have officially celebrated their marriage with an intimate wedding reception attended by close family and friends in the United Kingdom.

According to People, the Hollywood couple hosted a private celebration on August 4 at the luxurious Beaverbrook Hotel in Surrey, England, several months after quietly tying the knot earlier this year.

The exclusive event brought together the couple’s closest loved ones at the sprawling 370-acre country estate, located near Holland’s hometown of Kingston upon Thames in southwest London.

A source told People that the reception embraced a “very natural” theme, with Holland’s brothers—Sam, Harry, and Paddy—all in attendance. The trio reportedly wore classic black tuxedos adorned with delicate wildflowers in their lapels while staying in cottages scattered across the Beaverbrook estate.

The celebration was first reported by celebrity gossip platform Deuxmoi. Representatives for Holland, Zendaya, and Beaverbrook Hotel have not publicly commented on the event.

A Love Story Years in the Making

Holland and Zendaya first met while filming the Marvel blockbuster Spider-Man: Homecoming, where they portrayed Peter Parker and MJ. Although romance rumors surrounded them for years, the pair consistently described themselves as close friends.

Their relationship was finally confirmed in July 2021 after they were photographed sharing a kiss inside a car in Los Angeles. Shortly afterward, Holland publicly referred to Zendaya as “My MJ” in a heartfelt birthday tribute on Instagram, prompting an affectionate response from the actress.

Engagement and Secret Wedding

Speculation about the couple’s next chapter intensified in January 2025 when Zendaya appeared at the Golden Globe Awards wearing a striking diamond ring on her left hand. Less than 24 hours later, People confirmed the pair’s engagement.

Rumors of a secret wedding continued throughout 2026. Celebrity stylist Law Roach hinted in March that the wedding had already taken place, while Zendaya fueled speculation by wearing a wedding band during the Academy Awards and subsequent public appearances.

Holland finally confirmed their marriage in June during an interview with Esquire, dismissing AI-generated wedding photos by revealing that his family had attended their real ceremony.

The actor has since openly referred to Zendaya as his “wife,” including during a July appearance on the U.K.’s Dishpodcast.

Keeping Their Marriage Private

Despite intense public fascination with their relationship, Holland and Zendaya have remained committed to protecting their private lives.

Speaking on The New York TimesModern Love podcast earlier this year, Zendaya explained that while she understands fans’ interest in her personal life, she prefers to keep certain moments between herself, Holland, and their families.

“I just try to find the balance in the middle there,” the actress said, noting that preserving parts of their relationship allows them to maintain the joy of those experiences away from the public eye.

Although the couple has now celebrated their union with family and friends, they have yet to reveal details of their wedding ceremony, reinforcing their long-standing commitment to privacy while continuing to capture the hearts of fans around the world.
