Medeama sealed the 2025-26 Ghana Premier League title after an emphatic victory over Heart of Lions at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa.
The Mauve and Yellow produced a dominant display in front of their home supporters to secure their second league crown with a game to spare.
Kelvin Obeng and Derrick Fordjour both scored braces, while Prince Owusu also got on the scoresheet in the thrilling victory.
The result confirmed Medeama as champions after closest challengers Bibiani Gold Stars dropped points elsewhere.
