Vodza Iron Breakers have presented their beach soccer trophy to Lawyer Lom Ahlijah in appreciation of his support for the team, while inviting him to serve as the club’s patron.

The presentation took place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Mr Ahlijah’s office in Adzido, Keta, following the team’s victory in the beach soccer finals.

During the visit, the club’s Chief Executive Officer thanked the lawyer for his support in the build-up to the team’s triumph and acknowledged his contribution to its efforts.

The CEO also formally invited Mr Ahlijah to become the club’s patron, expressing the team’s desire to maintain his involvement as it seeks to build on its recent success.

Mr Ahlijah accepted the invitation, marking a new chapter in his relationship with the club.

In celebrating the victory, he presented drinks and an undisclosed sum of money to the team.

The trophy presentation offered the Iron Breakers an opportunity to recognise a supporter they say contributed to their journey to success, while formalising a relationship they hope will support the club’s future development.

With Mr Ahlijah accepting the role of patron, Vodza Iron Breakers will look to build on their finals victory as they pursue their ambitions in beach soccer.
