Lawyer Kusi, the lawyer for the late Daddy Lumba’s wife, Akosua Serwaa has disclosed that plans are far advanced towards seeking an appeal, following the court’s judgment.
Speaking after the judgment yesterday, November, 28, Lawyer Kusi confirmed to reports that both Akosua Serwaa and Odo Bronii are considered wives of the late Daddy Lumba.
Dr. Kusi noted that, they disagree with the judgment, however, they can’t say enough because after all, it is the final judgment.
“The court has spoken. And we are supposed to abide by the court’s judgment even though my team and I disagree with the decision of the court”, he said.
Meanwhile, Lawyer Kusi disclosed that he has yet to meet Akosua Serwaa and some important people within their team, so that, they could know what to do next, stating that it is likely they would seek an appeal.
“So we will go and sit and if we need to appeal, we will appeal. If we sit and think that we need to appeal, we will do that”, he noted.
