The Ghana Meteorological Agency has warned that the prevailing rainy weather will continue until the morning of May 17, 2024 in some parts of the country.
This is contained in a weather warning issued earlier in the day.
“The current thunderstorms will continue to produce rains of varying intensities up until the midnight for the eastern flank of the country, thereafter, inducing cloudiness which will reduce visibilities.
The western flank will however continue to experience rains with thundery activities from tonight till early tomorrow morning with moderate to strong winds. Early morning mist or fog patches together with cloudy conditions will form over parts of the coastal, middle and transition sectors tomorrow,” the Meteo agency said.
