A woman has narrowly escaped an alleged attack by three unidentified men after taking refuge in a drainage system in Accra in the early hours of this morning.
According to reports, the incident occurred around midnight near Afrikiko Restaurant, where the woman was reportedly confronted by the suspected attackers.
In a desperate attempt to save herself, she fled the scene and entered a nearby gutter, navigating through the drainage system to evade her pursuers.

The woman is said to have emerged near Flagstaff House, where she reportedly spent the rest of the night in hiding.
Her ordeal came to light the following morning when she called out for help, attracting the attention of passersby in the area.
Personnel from the Ghana Armed Forces, the Ghana National Fire Service, and the police quickly responded to the scene.
She was subsequently rescued from the drainage system and taken into military custody for her safety and to assist with investigations.
