The Zonta Club of Accra Metropolitan (ZCAM) ushered in a new leadership team during a beautiful and memorable Installation of Officers Ceremony held on Friday in Accra.
In a celebration of service, leadership, and fellowship, the elegant evening brought together members, invited guests, and Zontians from sister clubs across Ghana, reflecting the strong spirit of unity and camaraderie within the Zonta community.
The highlight of the evening was the installation ceremony conducted by Past International Director, Zontian Anne Marie French Cudjoe. In her inspiring address, she formally inducted the incoming officers and reminded them of the responsibilities and expectations of their respective offices.
She encouraged the new leadership to serve with dedication, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to advancing Zonta’s mission of building a better world for women and girls.
In her acceptance speech, the newly installed President, Z. Adodo A. Adih‑Nuviadenu, expressed heartfelt appreciation to her predecessor for her remarkable leadership and the strong foundation laid during the past biennium.
She pledged to work collaboratively with her executive team and Board of Directors to strengthen ZCAM’s impact, visibility, and advocacy throughout the 2026–2028 biennium.
The Special Guest of Honour, Dr. Dwamena Aboagye of the Ark Foundation, commended Zonta Clubs in Ghana for their unwavering support of the Foundation’s work. She highlighted opportunities for deeper collaboration in advancing the protection and empowerment of women and children.
After the formal proceedings, guests enjoyed a delightful dinner followed by music, dancing, and fellowship—a joyful start to what promises to be a purposeful and impactful biennium.
