Defender Ebenezer Adade has expressed his delight after completing a move to Medeama SC from Dreams FC ahead of the new football season.The experienced Ghana Premier League campaigner has signed a three-year contract with the Tarkwa-based club, keeping him at Medeama until 2029 as the reigning champions continue to strengthen their squad for the defence of their league title and a return to the CAF Champions League.Speaking after his official unveiling, the enterprising right-back shared his excitement about the move and pledged his commitment to the club.Hello fans, this is Ebenezer Adade. Never give up, he said.Medeama have been among the busiest clubs in the transfer market as they seek to assemble a competitive squad capable of challenging both domestically and on the continental stage.With his experience and versatility, Adade is expected to play a key role for the Yellow and Mauve next season. The former Ghana U-20 defender is capable of operating at right-back, right wing-back and in right midfield, offering valuable options for the technical team.His impressive performances for Dreams FC last season earned him a maiden call-up to the Black Stars, where he made his senior international debut in a pre-World Cup friendly against Mexico, a match Ghana lost 2-0.Adade initially joined Dreams FC from Cheetah FC on loan in January 2023 before the move was made permanent. During his time with the Still Believe lads, he made 49 appearances and established himself as one of the most consistent full-backs in the Ghana Premier League.For Medeama, the signing of Adade not only strengthens the right side of defence but also provides healthy competition and depth as the club prepares for a demanding campaign on multiple fronts.
