Ghanaian comedienne and controversial socialite Afia Schwarzenegger has sued celebrity lawyer Maurice Ampaw.
Afia Schwarzenegger and Lawyer Maurice Ampaw have been at each other’s throats since last year following the former’s legal tussle with Bernard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In the writ, the controversial Socialite is requesting Ghc1,000.000 in general damages for defamation from the legal practitioner.
Afia is also seeking an order of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendant from telling,saying or discussing anything about her on any communication channel,whether print ,radio ,electronic or social media.
In the writ of summons, the defendant has to pay costs, including legal fees.
