The closing ceremony of the African Games scheduled for Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium will climax with some headline performances from Ghanaian dancehall guru Stonebwoy and influential songstress Wiyaala.
The African Games have been impeccable since they took centre stage in Accra on March 8, 2024, welcoming 52 countries that have graced the unique showpiece, dubbed “Experience the African Dream.” The games have seen members from different countries sharing and showcasing their culture as they socialise, making every moment memorable.
Some notable artists, like Cameroon’s Stanley Enow, DR Congo’s Innoss’B, and Gabon’s Emma’a, will also be giving the fans something to cheer about as they will be performing alongside Stonebwoy and Wiyaala.
Ghana has been fairly good in the games so far, winning a total of 49 medals as of now, with some high chances of adding more medals to the medal table before the closing ceremony on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
