The Ghana national under-17 football team have safely arrived in Côte d’Ivoire ahead of two international friendly matches against the Ivory Coast national under-17 football team.

The fixtures are scheduled for April 27 and April 30, 2026, at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium, where both sides will use the games as part of their preparations for upcoming continental competitions.

The Ghanaian delegation is made up of players, technical staff, and management officials, all of whom have successfully settled in camp following their arrival. The friendlies are expected to provide the technical team with a valuable opportunity to assess player performance, test tactical approaches, and build team cohesion.

With the team now focused on preparations, training sessions are set to intensify in the coming days as the Black Starlets fine-tune strategies for the encounters. The matches are seen as crucial tests that will help shape the squad ahead of their next major assignment on the African stage.
