The immediate family of the late Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, also known as Daddy Lumba has taken legal action against Abusuapanin Kofi Wusu, known popularly as Abusuapanin Tupac.
Per the information gathered by Gh Page, the immediate family led by their heads, Obaapanin Afia Adomah and Robert Gyamfi have asked the court to ensure that the funeral for the late musician doesn’t come off.
The immediate family has said that the Abusuapanin has made himself superior and takes decisions without involving them, even though, he was told to engage them in every decision when they went to Manhyia.
According to the family, following the late musician’s death, an account was created at Cal Bank to raise funds and assist in financing the funeral, however, the Abusuapanin withdrew money without consulting anyone.
They revealed that, the Abusuapanin on November 11, Abusuapanin withdrew 11k Cedis from the account, after which he withdrew another 60k Cedis without telling any family member, adding that, per their checks, Abusuapanin Tupac wants to withdraw 200k Cedis.
They have asked the court to put an injunction on the musician’s funeral and prevent the Abusuapanin from touching Lumba’s dead body.
