Burnley and Wrexham are competing for the signature of Crystal Palace winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, according to a Football League World exclusive.
Burnley are keen on signing the 23-year-old before the transfer window closes on September 1, with the club viewing Rak-Sakyi as an option to strengthen their attacking ranks.
The winger has considerable Championship experience, having spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Sheffield United before returning to the division with Stoke City last season.
His familiarity with the Championship makes him an attractive option for Burnley, who are looking to add more depth and quality across the final third.
Wrexham are also monitoring the situation and are competing with Burnley for his signature.
Rak-Sakyi made his Black Stars debut in a friendly against Mexico on the eve of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which was hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The international appearance represents another significant step in Rak-Sakyi’s career as he looks to establish himself with Ghana at senior level.
With both Burnley and Wrexham interested, Rak-Sakyi’s future at Crystal Palace could become one of the stories to watch as the transfer window approaches its September 1 deadline.
