Dreams FC coach Karim Zito has expressed his aim to secure a win or draw in their upcoming match against Bofoakwa Tano in the 29th week of the league.
The statement came after Dreams FC defeated Soccer Intellectuals 1-0 in the quarterfinals of the MTN FA Cup, securing their spot in the semi-finals.
The Dawu-based club, which made history last season by lifting the MTN FA Cup trophy for the first time, is currently placed 16th on the league table with 31 points and four games in hand.
In a post-match interview, Zito emphasized the need for the team to win at least three of their remaining matches to improve their position in the league.
“We are going there to do our best to win or draw we have four matches I have calculated it the way the league is going now we have to win about three matches and then elevate ourselves to a better position,” he said.
“Because if I tell you how these boys went through with Africa traveling Wednesday, Sunday it is too tedious so if you don’t manage it well we may not get what we needed. So I think we are going to do that exactly and make sure that we maintain ourselves,” Zito said after the game,” he added.
