Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Enoch Morrison has described his time under Prosper Narteh Ogum as turbulent, citing rigid methods and poor communication as key issues.Ogum, who was dismissed after a string of poor results in the league, is said to have maintained a strict approach that left little room for dialogue with players.Morrison, who now plays for Gor Mahia in Kenya, previously voiced concerns in an interview with Fakye TV, comments that have resurfaced following Ogums departure. For me, hes challenging, not because he puts pressure on players, but because he doesn’t handle feedback well, Morrison said. If we raise concerns or suggest an alternative, he often insists on his way. That made things tense. He further noted that Ogums reactions to criticism sometimes crossed into personal territory. His communication with players was also an issue. When a player voiced an opinion or wasnt getting minutes, he tended to take it personally. That created unnecessary friction.Morrison played under Ogum during the 2022/23 season, a campaign that saw Kotoko fail to defend their league title.
