Catherine Engmann is a Chartered Governance Professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, a decade of which was spent with FTSE-listed companies in the United Kingdom.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Mindful Governance, a corporate governance consultancy that specialises in governance behaviours, and a Consultant at the International Finance Corporation, Ghana Office.
She was previously the Board Chair of First Atlantic Asset Management, and a Non-Executive Director of Affinity Ghana Savings and Loans.
