Hohoe United recorded a 2-0 victory over Akatsi All Stars on Matchday One of the Access Bank Division One League in Zone Three. Goals from William Oduro in the 32nd minute and Francis Odoom in the 79th minute helped them to a winning start to the season on the road.
In Kukurantumi, Attram De Visser 1-1 grabbed a precious point on the road against newly promoted Port City at Daasebre Boamah Darko II Park. Both sides wasted lots of goal scoring chances in the first half but Saqid Moro broke the deadlock as he connected from a rebound in the 46th minute to put Port City ahead. But Sonagnon Judicael Trekpo got the equalizer for the visitors six minutes before full time.
Also former Premier League side Okwawu United shared the spoils (0-0) with Home Stars at the Koforidua Sports stadium on Saturday.
