Ghanaian highlife musician, Kwaisey Pee, has shared his openness to polygamy, describing it as a lifestyle that can offer emotional balance and peace.

Speaking in a candid interview with Halifax Ansah Addo on Okay FM, the singer outlined his perspective when asked whether he believes in polygamy.

“Yeah, in a way,” he said, explaining that being in relationships with more than one partner could provide an alternative source of comfort when challenges arise in one relationship. According to him, if one partner becomes frustrating, the other may offer the peace needed, and vice versa.

“And so yes, I do believe in polygamy for real. If one is frustrating you or disturbing you, you can go to the other person for peace,” he noted.

“I don’t practice it now, but I would love to practice it. It doesn’t come with any heartbreak,” he added.

The musician, who recently celebrated 25 years in the music industry, is currently promoting his new single titled “Akwaaba”.
