According to her, she has a personal guiding principle of leaving a platform when “the applause is loud.” She added that this approach helps her exit on a high note, especially when she feels her work has been appreciated and well received.

The renowned show host further noted that both the positive feedback and the controversies that emerged during her time on the show and her exit gave her a sense of fulfilment, as they reflected the impact of her work. In her view, the attention and conversations that surrounded her hosting role were signs that she had made a meaningful contribution to the program.

When asked if she would consider returning to hosting entertainment programs, she reflected on her past experience in the space and the reactions her presenting style often attracted.

“I think with the feedbacks I got people said I was too tough on them and if you don’t want accountability, I don’t play with you. Because it’s part of showbiz . Showbiz is not only about the fun side .. there the business side too so when we ask questions and u don’t want to be accountable we will go to a place where we will hold people accountable and we will be applauded . And I have noticed that in our space they hate the truth . So I’m just tired, there is nothing here again” she said.

Mzgee also expressed frustration over what she describes as hypocrisy in the entertainment industry, emphasizing her commitment to accountability-driven journalism.

“And I have realized one thing too let’s say the same question if you Nana Romeo you ask..you will be backlashed but let another person do same he or she will be praised .. the hypocrisy in this space is too much so I’m tired ..there is nothing here any more,” she noted.
