Rapper Ice Prince has denied being in a 12-year relationship with media personality Moet Abebe as she claimed.
Moet Abebe stated that she was in a long-term relationship with Ice Prince during her podcast, co-hosted by Tolani Baj.
In an interview with Almera Danjuma on The DateBizz, Ice Prince clarified that he is not in a relationship currently, citing his focus on music and personal growth.
While acknowledging his tendency to fall deeply in love, he explained that his focus on his career and financial stability has made it challenging to commit to a relationship.
He expressed his desire to avoid burdening any potential partner with his current situation, emphasising the need for personal growth and financial security before entering into a romantic relationship.
He said: “I am a lover boy and I fall in love so deep. But recently, it has been difficult for me to find love, not because I don’t want to, but I am at a different place in my life. You know I just released my album, and I don’t want to blame this on work but my mind hasn’t been in the right place for a relationship. And I don’t want a girl to be with me and be crying.
“I need time to put things together, especially my music and finances. I am not in a place to have a relationship yet, because that is also a financial burden”.
