It is full house now after Jordan Ayew and Elisha Owusu joined their teammates in camp as the Black Stars prepare to face Angola in Kumasi.
The duo who were named as part of Otto Addo’s initial 23-man squad were absent in Ghana’s first two training sessions ahead of their two crucial202 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
They have however finally touched down in Kumasi and are expected to train with the rest of the team on Wednesday evening at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Ghana will take on Angola on Thursday, September 5, 2024, before travelling to Berkane, Morocco to face Niger on Monday.

For the Black Stars, they will be counting on their previous form to outclass the Palancas Negras. Having beaten Mali and the Central African Republic (CAR) in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, Ghana hopes to record another win.
Again, their previous victory against Angola in March 2023 during the 2023 AFCON qualifiers is another source of inspiration for the four-time African champions.
Jordan Ayew’s arrival is a boost for the team given his recent excellent run for the West Africans. The 32-year-old has scored eight goals in five games for the Black Stars including a hat-trick in the 4-3 win against CAR in Kumasi.
