Mama Italy Ventures CEO Outdoors Comprehensive Training Manual

In a bid to empower Ghanaians, particularly the youth, with valuable entrepreneurial skills, the CEO of Mama Italy Ventures Shirley Irene Thompson, has launched a comprehensive training manual book.

The training manual is designed to help individuals master the production of 16 unique varieties of bar and cake soaps, suitable for personal use and commercial sale.

Addressing the launch event, Madam Shirley Irene Thompson, also known as Mama Italy, highlighted her entrepreneurial mission.

She emphasized her commitment to empowering the masses with essential entrepreneurial skills, enabling them to establish additional sources of income and achieve economic independence.

She explained that their empowerment skills training also aims to enable entrepreneurs to create, package, and market products of high quality, ensuring they are safe for consumers’ health.

After unveiling the book, Mama Italy seized the opportunity to conduct a training session for the attendees, teaching them how to manufacture new products that are currently in high demand in the market.

In all, Mama Italy has successfully trained more than 10,000 individuals, encompassing both males and females.

The training programs have equipped them with the skills necessary to manufacture, package, and market various cosmetic, detergent, and soap products.

These initiatives have been carried out through Mama Italy Ventures and Charity Foundation, spanning across locations within Ghana and extending beyond its borders.

The General Overseer of Royal Church International Archbishop General Obenfo Dr George Slezer Ofori Atta who graced the occasion applauded Madam Shirley Irene Thompson, for impacting numerous lives in the country.

However, entreated beneficiaries to value the skills they have acquired and make judicious use of them in order to become economically independent.

He also admonished them against distancing themselves from God, advising instead that they include God in their activities to enable them to excel in their businesses.

The General Overseer of Assurance Gate Ministries, Apostle Emmanuel Ekow Essilfie, who also serves as an ICT expert, provided valuable guidance to the participants.

He educated them on how to leverage technology, particularly Social Media platforms, as a tool for marketing their products. Additionally, he shared insights on business strategies that could assist entrepreneurs in attracting more customers and enhancing their ventures.
