The Executive Director of World Inspiring Network, Maxwell Odonkor, has been honored with the Youth Volunteer of the Year Award at the 2024 Mentorship & Volunteerism Excellence Summit & Awards.
This award highlights Maxwell’s outstanding contributions to volunteerism, youth empowerment, and sustainable development, recognizing his tireless commitment to positive social change.
The Mentorship & Volunteerism Excellence Awards (MVEA) aim to celebrate individuals and organizations demonstrating remarkable leadership in the fields of mentorship and volunteerism.
This year, Maxwell emerged as a key honoree for his notable contributions through World Inspiring Network, a nonprofit organization focused on poverty alleviation, education, and climate action.

About Maxwell
Maxwell is a Social Entrepreneur, Climate Activist, Website Developer, and Training Consultant with over seven years of experience in leadership and social impact. As the Executive Director of World Inspiring Network, Maxwell leads efforts to empower youth and women in Ghana, focusing on education and climate action.
Under his leadership, World Inspiring Network has impacted over 5,000 lives in underserved communities. Maxwell is also a Ye! Community Advisor for the International Trade Centre (ITC), advocating for young entrepreneurs and supporting initiatives that have benefitted over 10,000 entrepreneurs in Ghana.
In addition to his work at World Inspiring Network, Maxwell has served as a speaker, panelist, jury member, and trainer, contributing his expertise on climate change, social entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment.
