Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus had an impressive debut season in the English Premier League, finishing in second place for West Ham United’s Player of the Season Award.
The award was won by England international Jarrod Bowen, who has contributed to 30 goals in all competitions. Bowen’s 20 goals and 10 assists made him the club’s top goal scorer for the year.
Kudus, on the other hand, had a successful debut campaign in the English Premier League with seven goals and six assists. He also had a total of 13 goals and six assists in 44 games across all competitions for West Ham.
In West Ham’s penultimate game of the season, Kudus showcased his exceptional dribbling skills, assisting teenager George Earthy in scoring his debut EPL goal. The team emerged victorious with a 3-1 win against Luton Town.
Although Kudus missed out on the Player of the Season Award, he was recognized for his outstanding goal against SC Freiburg in the Europa League. His sensational strike earned him the Goal of the Season Award.
