The 2020 Running Mate of the NDC, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has commiserated with the family of the late Western Regional Women Organiser of the NDC, Araba Tagoe.
Madam Tagoe died last week after a short illness. Until her passing, she was a member of the National Executive Committee of NDC. Prof. Opoku-Agyemang said Araba Tagoe’s death is a major loss to the NDC as she was one person who was so loyal and committed to the Party.
A book of condolences was later signed by Prof. Opoku-Agyemang and her delegation.
She also donated 20 boxes of bottled water to the family. Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang was accompanied by the MP for Cape Coast South, George Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, the MP for Cape Coast North, Kwamina Minta Nyarku, and other Regional, Constituencies and Branch Executives.
A son of Madam Tagoe, Thomas Hughes, received the delegation with his family head.
The family expressed appreciation to Prof Opoku-Agyemang and her delegation for the visit.
