Ghanaian actress and television host Nana Ama McBrown says she is preparing for a significant personal shift as she approaches the age of 50, describing the milestone as the beginning of a new phase in her life.

The Onua Show Time host reflected on the challenges she has faced over the years, sharing her journey has been far from easy. “I have suffered a lot in life and I’m here today because of God’s mercy,” she said on a recent Onua ShowTime episode.

She indicated that her approach to relationships will change with age, adding that she will be less tolerant of disrespect. “From 50 years and beyond… when you talk to me, I won’t mind you and you will be pained,” she said, suggesting she would become more firm in how she responds to people.

McBrown also said she expects to gain greater clarity in distinguishing between genuine advice and ill intent. “I will know who’s advising me and who’s jealous of me,” she noted, adding that she plans to focus more on enjoying life, travelling, and embracing new opportunities in the years ahead.
