In a video that has surfaced on social media, Osei Kwame Despite is seen receiving pleasantries from the CEO of Engineers and Planners Ibrahim Mahama.

Dr Osei Kwame Despite was seen humbled and completely awestruck as he responded.
He later took a step back and observed the Ibram Mahama greet other people.
