Newly promoted Ghana Premier League side Swedru All Blacks have completed the signing of Ghanaian attacker Faisal Charwetey on a two-year contract.
The forward joins the Black Magicians on a deal that will keep him at the club until 2028 as they continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The 23-year-old arrives as a free agent after mutually terminating his contract with Albanian top-flight side KF Bylis, bringing an end to his brief spell in Europe.
The attacker moved to Albania earlier this year following an impressive campaign with Nations FC, where he emerged as one of the standout performers in the Ghana Premier League.
The former Nations FC player enjoyed a breakthrough 2024/25 season after being converted from a full-back into an attacker, a tactical switch that proved highly successful. He finished the campaign with 12 goals and two assists in 30 appearances.
Swedru All Blacks will be hoping Charwetey can replicate that form as they prepare for life in the Ghana Premier League following their promotion.
