That formed the core of the Read, Fees and Lead program while developing community leadership among the learners.

He emphasized the need to support this vulnerable group by enhancing their English, Mathematics, leadership and life skills qualities at this young age so that they become responsible adults in the nearest future.

Mr Tsakley indicated that the focus of Read Feed and Lead is to move teaching and learning away from the hostile environment, focusing on the foundational skills of learners and making teaching and learning child centered, activity and play based.

Stakeholders were called to come on board to help the government in improving education for development in the country.
