The Ghana Police Service has arrested two suspects in connection with the theft of 30 goats at Sekyeredumase in the Ashanti Region.
According to reports, the suspects stole the goats and loaded them into a Toyota Voxy vehicle in an attempt to transport them away from the area.
Their operation, however, was interrupted after they were spotted and pursued by the police.
Officers eventually apprehended the suspects, while the 30 goats were recovered.
The two suspects are currently assisting the police with investigations as authorities work to establish the circumstances surrounding the alleged theft and identify the owners of the animals.
The incident has attracted attention in the community, with residents commending the police for their swift response and intervention.
