President Akufo-Addo has called for bold leadership among African governments and businesses, ensuring the success of the African Continental Free Trade Area.
Speaking at the Full Circle Africa Business Forum in Accra, he urged stakeholders to actively combat the negative perception of Africa, shifting away from stereotypes of poverty and underdevelopment.
He noted that Africa cannot allow temporary poverty and underdevelopment to be the narrative of a Continent which is so blessed with natural and human resources.
President Akufo-Addo noted that the ”time has come for Africans and persons of African descent to define her own narrative”.
