Amidst the simmering tension between her husband and actress Yvonne Nelson, Tracy Sarkcess, Sarkodie’s wife seems to be throwing her full support for him.

In an Insta-story post on Thursday, June 29, Tracy shared a bible verse, Proverbs 19:5 which reads;

“A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will not go free.”

Her post is the first since the launch of “I am Not Yvonne Nelson” which made a daring revelation about her husband and Yvonne having an abortion in 2010. Her post has heightened conversations about the ongoing issue.

Interestingly, just about the same time as her post, Yvonne Nelson had started a “Me too” trends, posting alleged stories of women who have been sexually exploited by the award-winning rapper. Yvonne later deleted the post on her Twitter page.

On Tuesday, Sarkodie released a 3:16 track titled “Try Me” to deny claims that he forced actress Yvonne Nelson to have an abortion in 2010 as stated in the latter’s memoir which came out last week.

Stating his side of the story on the tune, which has since gone viral since its release, the “Country Side” hitmaker disclosed that even though he wasn’t prepared at the time, he wanted her to keep the baby but Yvonne refused on grounds of being in school.

Yvonne, however, was not pleased with the information pushing her to rant on twitter and probably, “set the records straight” from her side of the story.

According to her, she took that path following Sarkodie’s decision not to take responsibility of the child since he was young and not financially sound at the time.
